American M&M’s Centu-rian is being manufactured
at A.W.T.’s corporate headquarters. Advancements include the Centurian’s PLC controller with a touch-screen interface,
with screen menus that list press commands in simple language.
Each menu offers a choice of operational controls, production-data
feedback or diagnostic troubleshooting. Standard features include;
pneumatically controlled indexer, locking V forks for + .001 registration repeatability, a special production/setup mode for indexer
operation from any station, front-loading screens and a pneumatic
squeegee system. It is offered in a range of configurations from 10 to
18 stations and prints up to 16 colors. Options include a freestanding
quartz flash unit, a perimeter all-over platen system for printing full-body shirts, and pneumatic front-frame clamps. Maximum frame size
is 47" X 51" with a maximum print size of 22" X 36".

screen 10" color LCD monitor with dialog boxes. The SWF 1504-K
operates at a speed of up to 1,000 stitches per minute with a sewing

manual screens ( 20" X 24") or frames
up to 21" X 28". Measuring 8. 5 feet in
diameter, the Mini-Trooper fits through
a standard 36" doorway and is shipped
fully assembled. It has fully-automated print heads combined with an
option of an integrated manual or automatic carousel, roller bearing

The new Falcon Duplex is
a standard-area automatic
screen printing press that
can be configured to print
40" X 50" images on every
other print station. The standard-image size is 20" X 28". The Falcon
Duplex has screen holders for the Newman Roller Frame pin system,
squeegee and flood bar pneumatic clamps and tool-free print head
adjustments. Falcon’s multistroke mode applies multiple strokes on one
print head while performing a single, slow-density stroke on another.
The press’s stroke initiation can also be controlled by the user. The
Falcon comes standard with a servo indexer and A/C heads. It also has
adjustable front and rear screen holders and heavy-duty chopper cylinders. The Falcon Duplex comes in a 12-color standard/6 color jumbo
14 /7 and 16-color standard/8-color jumbo configurations.
